Hey, Daniel here.

I’m a founder-led Product Manager focused on building and validating zero-to-one digital products under real-world constraints.

I started my career as a founder, creating a music education platform from scratch: no capital, no team, no network.

That path forced me to operate as a Product Manager by necessity:
leading product discovery,  experimentation, and prioritization while balancing strategy and execution.

Over time, this shaped a strong UX-first approach to product thinking, with a deep focus on behavior, motivation, and systems design.
